A significant difference on X and Y theory was tried to be observed as a results of the analysis, using the factors of “gender, age, marital status, educational background, position, period of service and level of income”. In this study, a significant difference was observed between ”title, duration of service and income levels”, but no significant difference was observed on ”gender, age, marital status, education levels”.
